125+ dealers & vendors line the streets of downtown Powell with antiques,
collectibles, arts & crafts,
plants & produce, great foods/edibles, specialty products, and much more! 
Many local business also have special sales and discounts. The Street Market is a fun family shopping experience in Powell!

2010 Vendor Contract available HERE ... 

Held on just 3 Sundays, 9AM-5PM, rain or shine. Vendors Spaces are located near the Antique and Specialty Shops in the public parking spaces scattered throughout downtown and some grassy areas. Most spaces are (approximately but may not be exactly) 10’ x 15’. Spaces are pre-paid and assigned!

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Vendors may register and pay fees at our new offices, now located at 44 N. Liberty Street on the day of Market from 6:30-9:00AM.

SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
  • Set-up may begin as early as 6:30AM; set-up completed by 9:00AM
  • Bring own tent, tables, chairs, provisions, etc.
  • 6:30-8:45AM - Vendors are invited for FREE coffee & donuts now located at 44 N. Liberty Street (see MAP)
  • Public Restroom All Day in City Hall (47 Hall Street, use East end of the building) and 1 Portable just east of railroad tracks
  • Event hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM. RAIN OR SHINE
  • Any questions during set-up or event: Director's cell (740) 815-8508
  • Tear-down may not begin until after 4:00pm or your future spaces may be revoked
PARKING
Parking in single or double spaces (on E. or W. Olentangy Street) is NOT permitted, as they are reserved for paid Vendors.  Do not block Olentangy Street or park in another Vendors’ Space during set-up. After Vendors set-up their booths, ample free parking is available:
1.         large public parking lot of the City of Powell Municipal Building (marked as City Hall on MAP sent with confirmation)
2.          public parking lot next to our offices at 44 N. Liberty Street, next to Cemetery
3.         side streets (excluds Depot Street) 
Most Vendors drop off their items in their Space, park, get free coffee/donuts at our offices, then set-up their Space prior to 9:00am. No Vendors’ vehicles permitted on the grass except along the railroad tracks on Depot Street, north of the Vendors' paid spaces.  
           
SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Upon receipt of your pre-payment and signed Contract, you will receive a confirmation and MAP before the Street Market with your Space Number marked (via email, if applicable) approximately 2 weeks before dated event.  If you contract for all 3 Markets, your space will remain in the same location, so please keep your MAP. If your contract is received within 14 days of Market AND you do not have email, your MAP can be picked-up at our offices at 44 N. Liberty Street day of Market (from 6:30-9:00am).

Paid advertising for this event (may) include: Antique publications, numerous local and out of town newspapers, radio, TV, flyers, posters, cards, other rinted resources, 1-800-Buckeye, Crafters Forum, Experience Columbus, distributed throughout central Ohio and our website: www.visitpowell.com.

Spaces will be assigned on first come basis, with preference given to 3 Market Contracts. Fees are non-negotiable & non-refundable.  I/we in signing the contract agree to abide by the following rules of the show, and have all necessary permits and or licenses required by law.  We also agree to abide by any laws regarding the sale of our merchandise and may not sell or provide services that are unlawful.     
                                                                                                          
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN POWELL, INC., or management, shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the grounds in this show or display and/or sale of any merchandise by him/her. Anyone with street space is asked not to start packing merchandise prior to 4:00PM, unless extremely bad weather or you are 75% sold out. Failure to comply may result in revocation of future space, regardless if pre-paid with contract. No exceptions.
